Sulky-Burel UK the British subsidiary of the French manufacturer of seed drills and fertiliser spreaders has launched a new soil preparation tool designed to work in partnership with its Zeos Pro pneumatic direct seed drill.
Designed to manage in the toughest of conditions, the Cultiline XR is a mounted soil cultivator with two rows of notched discs and is available in 3m, 3.5m and 4m working widths, capable of working at speeds above 12 km/h.
It has 415mm diameter discs and is adapted to bury surface trash ahead of high speed direct drilling between 12 and 15 km/h. The flow of soil is levelled by a levelling harrow just behind the two rows of discus. The roller ensures soil consolidation before the passage of the seeding units.
