Capturing value from the 10-year traffic and tillage experiment at Harper Adams and 10 years of soil improvements at Brewood Park Farm, Staffordshire.
This one day workshop starts with a morning at the Traffic and Tillage trials site at Harper Adams University, followed by looking at machinery and tyres for CTF.
After lunch the workshop then heads down the road to Brewood Park Farm, near Wolverhampton for a farm walk with the manager Tim Parton. This will be an opportunity to see how the soils and crops respond to his management approach.
