Italian tractor manufacturer Valpadana, part of the Argo Group, will be exhibiting a full product line-up at Agritechnica.
At Agritechnica the spotlight will fall on the VP 9000 Series, a range of equal-wheeled tractors which has cab and a reversible driving position as standard. The VP 9000 series is specifically designed to meet the needs of the specialty tractor market and sets a benchmark in Valpdana’s equal-wheel tractors line-up.
The two models in the range are powered by FPT 3.2-litre, 4-cylinder engines with 85 and 95 hp meeting Tier 3 emissions regulations. The iso-mounted platform is reversible and all tractor functions are easily operated via user-friendly, intuitive controls.
An Argo Tractors designed transmission provides 16FWD+16REV speeds and comes standard with synchro shuttle and creeper (0.8 to 40 km/h). The De-Clutch button on the shuttle lever allows the operator to shift forward to reverse without the use of the clutch pedal. An additional De-Clutch button is mounted on the gearshift lever to further enhance Operator driving comfort.
Also on show will be Valpadana’s VP 4600 range. A family of ultra-compact, tractors that cover a power range from 23 to 48 hp. With a minimum width of 970 mm and a turning circle of only 2320 mm, this tractor is extremely manoeuvrable and versatile.
Key features of the VP 4600 series include Yanmar 3 and 4 cylinder engines, powerful wet multi-disc braking system, a transmission with 8FWD+4REV speeds, synchro shuttle and a completely independent wet multi-disc PTO clutch.
Other standard features include, power lift system with lowering speed adjustment, capable of lifting up to 1000 kg. For enhanced performance, optional equipment of up to 3 double-acting remote valves with raise/lower/float functions or 2 double-acting remote valves with draft control can be installed.
Along side the VP 9000 and VP 4600 range will be the VP 7000 Series, which comes with articulated steering and reversible driving positions (AR version). Power is supplied by FPT 3.2-litre, 4-cylinder turbo engines meeting Stage 3A emissions regulations. An Argo Tractor designed 16+16 transmission with synchro shuttle and creeper is standard (0.8 to 40 km/h). The open station platform offers a comfortable driving position for when operating in either forward or reverse modes.
