Claydon appoints After Sales and Service Manager


Claydon has appointed Akos Hutoczki to the role of After-Sales and Service Manager as part of an ongoing expansion programme to meet increasing demand for Claydon crop establishment products from customers all over the world.

“I am delighted to be joining Claydon at such an exciting stage in its development,” Akos states. “My role is to act as a link between the company, management team, manufacturing and service staff, together with our growing network of dealers on all aspects of after sales and service. My responsibilities include the development and implementation of training programmes and procedures to ensure that dealers’ sales staff and service technicians have all the information that they need to ensure that Claydon customers receive the best possible service, wherever they are located.

Brought up on his parents’ arable and livestock farm in Hungary, Akos worked with machinery from an early age and helped there during the school holidays. He always wanted to make a career in the agricultural sector and studied for a Degree in Agricultural Engineering at Nyíregyházi Foiskola (the College of Nyíregyháza) in the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg region of north eastern Hungary.

Reporting to Design and Manufacturing Director Oliver Claydon. Akos is based at the company’s headquarters at Wickhambrook in Suffolk but will travel to dealers all over the world to ensure that they have the knowledge to support Claydon customers with a first-class service.
