To help improve the sustainability of UK soils, farmers, growers, advisors and industry are being urged to support the AHDB/BBRO Soil Biology and Soil Health Partnership.
The first opportunity to get involved is to attend either of two free soil health workshops taking place this autumn – Northumberland, 13 November and Gloucestershire,15 November.
At the events, practical presentations will outline the current understanding of soil health and how it can be measured and managed.
Participants will also be invited to take part in a lively discussion to identify the key challenges facing UK soil health.
