Hutchinsons has bought L W Vass Agricultural, which is a long established family firm providing agronomy advice.
Hutchinsons say the L W Vass business, which operates from Maulden, near Bedford, dovetails extremely well with the established Hutchinsons business in neighbouring areas.
“This is a very positive and complementary development for our business and fits really well with our technical expertise and product strengths” confirms Hutchinsons Chairman, David Hutchinson.
Directors of L W Vass, James and Martin Hind, believe this new partnership will bring many benefits for customers and staff. “We are delighted that our two family businesses have joined and we look forward to working together, bringing benefits to our farmer clients from our combined resources and continuing to deliver excellent customer service,” says James Hind.
